College football wagering excitement is over the top as Brian Kelly will coach his 1st competition at Notre Dame and those who will be betting on football believe he will jumpstart the Irish. Hope was pleased about the progress of his secondary, which will be a key versus the Irish, and has also worked hard with the special teams for the 2010 NCAA football betting season.
