The Brett and Jen Sterger struggle is finally ending. The Nfl has finished up its investigation into allegations that Brett sent inappropriate phone messages and photos to a Jets competition hostess 2 years ago, the woman’s attorney stated Wednesday. 
Attorney Joseph Conway stated Joe Hummel, the director of investigative services for the league’s security department, told him the case has been sent to commissioner Roger Goodell and the league’s lawyers for review.
Nfl spokesman Greg Aiello declined to discuss details of the case and stated they’re not ruling out this week, or next week for decision making.
Sterger purportedly gained the inappropriate messages and photos when she and the qb both worked for the Jets. Favre has declined to address the allegations or the investigation.
On Thursday’s The Dan Patrick Show, Phil Reese, Sterger’s people relations manager, stated he wants the nfl to act fast. He additionally stated that Sterger would not pursue a lawsuit versus Favre or the Jets if Favre is suspended.
Reese stated he has grown discouraged by the absence of resolution in the case.
Reese additionally stated he contacted Favre’s agent, James “Bus” Cook, shortly before the website Deadspin.com published its story about the presumed phone messages.
On Nov. 24, Cook told The Associated Press in a statement that there was never an goal to offer cash for silence.
