New York probably will rest qb Mark Sanchez and several other starters in this match vs the Bills.

The New York Jets have won 6 of the last 10 in this series vs the Bills but they’re simply 5-5 vs the spread. Earlier this season in Buffalo, the New York Jets won 38-14.
